The 15th Anniversary Walk-Along for Lupus is
the Lupus Alliance`s biggest fundraiser of the
year.
Join in the fun and help those with lupus who
live in the Long Island/Queens are live better
lives, while also supporting the search for
the cure.
Join Greg-T from Z-100 and enjoy breakfast,
lunch, live music from the Red, White and
Blues band, give-a-ways from the NY Islanders
and USA Skateasauras as well as free massages.

Legion of Mary at St. John Nepomucene Church
The Legion of Mary at
St. John Nepomucene Church in Bohemia organized the
12 day visitation of the Missionary Image of Our
Lady of Guadalupe. From August 12th until the 23rd,
the Image visited churches, a shrine, nursing homes
and abortion clinics. The late Pope John Paul II
requested that this Image travel to every church in
America, as Our Lady of Guadalupe is the Patroness
of the Americas. The Image is an exact 4' x 6'
replica of Our Lady of Guadalupe as she appeared on
the tilma (cloak) of Saint Juan Diego in Mexico in
1531.
